Introduction 前言

Our group employs artificial intelligence, genetic engineering, molecular biology, and synthetic biology approaches to optimize—or de novo design—core enzymes, multi-enzyme complexes, metabolic pathways, and whole biological systems. By doing so, we enhance pathway and system efficiency, specificity, and stability, and we further reprogram plant metabolism to focus on biological nitrogen fixation, improved carbon assimilation, and the biosynthesis of valuable natural products.

本课题组主要利用人工智能、基因工程、分子生物学并合成生物学手段,优化或者从头设计核心酶,多酶复合体,代谢通路和生物系统,从而增加代谢通路和生物系统的效率,特异性和稳定性,进一步改造植物的代谢通路和生物系统,聚焦实现植物固氮,提高碳固定效率和合成重要天然产物。
